Cyalume Technologies, Inc. announced today that Dominick DiPaolo has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. He will report directly to Dale Baker, Chief Operating Officer. Dominick has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University and did his graduate work at Seton Hall University in Microbiology. He has had senior quality roles in Schering Plough, Hoffman-LA Roche, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals and as the Manager of Global Corporate Quality for Pfizer, Inc. He was most recently at Tris Pharma where as Senior Vice President, Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs he successfully led an effort to establish a quality vision and achieve a cultural transformation. He is certified in Six Sigma, is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Additionally, he is certified in Kepner Tregoe problem solving techniques. Dominick will be based in New Jersey at the Cyalume Specialty Products, Inc. business unit and will have corporate wide responsibility to ensure that Cyalume maintains world class quality standards including the latest ISO-9000 standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA manufacturing standards for all Cyalume world-wide locations.
